Minneapolis Art Car Parade

I've got under four weeks to complete the IPB for the Minneapolis Art Car Parade which is on Saturday, July 21, at 2p. This will be the first year I'll be in the Art Car Parade (I almost was last year but ended up being out of town that weekend) so I hope all my friends will come down and throw candy at me.

Also: I'll need a few special space-hedonists in their best space-costumes to ride atop the IBP and to be funky.
